Well, I've been in the gym for several weeks now. I'm starting to feel it for sure. I am feeling a bit stronger, and seeing a little bit of difference, however slight. I look forward to seeing how this program pans out for me at the race in Tucson!
I'm just a gal who likes to ride her bike - or rather bikes, which bike depends on the day, the mood, the trail. Some women have a lot of shoes, some have a lot of bags or purses, I have bikes.
